Welcome to The Hope Center. We are dedicated to providing you with quality counseling and therapy services in a supportive and nurturing environment. The following terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website, including the booking system. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

Appointments

Appointments with The Hope Center can be booked using our online booking system or by direct contact via phone or email. When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the booking form.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made by calling (607) 203-1593 or emailing contact@thehopecenterny.com. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $59 cancellation fee.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of services at The Hope Center according to the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services provided by The Hope Center are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. The Hope Center makes no representations or warranties in relation to the services or the information and materials provided.

Limitation of Liability

The Hope Center will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
