I have over 20 years experience as director in health care and I have counseled patients and family members with various diagnosis. I directed/managed both Social Work and Psychiatric Departments for both the state and private sectors. I have a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups during my professional career. The last 6 years of my career have been spent in the clinical world of social work, I have been in private practice for 6 years and I can help you. My practice incorporates in office therapy, and teletherapy, which is done remotely over the phone or via videoconferencing. I am now expanding to ecotherapy and animal assisted therapy. I graduated from Binghamton University and received a bachelors degree, I graduated from Marywood University with my masters degree. I consistently take care of my physical and mental health. A key component in counseling is wellness, resilience, and prevention. All of my client are my top priority to make life goals and to make life changes.
