Bryanna Eldridge
Bryanna is an Independent Counselor, LHMC who practices out of The Hope Center in the Binghamton, NY area.
As an individual, Bryanna is honest, genuine, empathetic, intellectual, organized, and a strong communicator. As a therapist, she is authentic to her individual personality. She does her very best to meet her clients’ needs and expectations.
Bryanna finds communication to be one of the most significant contributing factors to a successful therapeutic relationship. She therapeutically challenges her clients to process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences – especially when they seem most difficult.
She practices with two core beliefs: internal locus of control and innate strength. A belief in internal locus of control allows clients to focus on what they can control, facilitating positive change. A belief in innate strength allows clients to feel empowered as they acknowledge the innate strength within themselves to help with their healing and growth.
In therapy, Bryanna and her clients will work together to identify areas of their lives where they can regain control and identify personal strengths. Through an empathic, client-centered, solution-focused approach, she will support you on your personal Mental Health journey.
