Most individuals spend 8 plus hours at their place of employment. This amounts to an average of more than half the time we are awake. If our career is one we do not find joy in then this has a considerably negative impact on our life satisfaction. Counselors can help their clients safely/responsibly explore and change their careers and transition to employment that’s fulfilling and satisfactory.
