Sarah Marshall
Independent Clinician
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over four years of experience providing mental health services in community mental health. I work with adults and teenagers facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on helping clients identify patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to improve emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and achieve their personal goals.
My goal is to provide a professional, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, gaining insight, and building the skills needed to move forward with confidence. Seeking support is an important step, and I am committed to helping clients navigate challenges and create lasting positive change.
