Stress

Stress is the body’s response to external pressure or demands and can be experienced as a physical, emotional, and/or psychological manifestation. The goal of therapy is to help/teach the individual to identify triggers of stress and manage it effectively. As a result of therapy many individuals are able to thrive despite encountering situations that once caused debilitation.
